When your order is placed, you will be received 3 emails:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipment confirmation
  • Notification about delivery status

1.Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order has been shipped.

Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (maybe take longer, depending on destination) from the date the order has been shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.

However, there will be cases that we can’t foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges might result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping cost

The costs for standard shipping are $6.99 for all orders.

4. Shipping method

Our available shipping methods and carriers, depending on your location and size of the item(s) purchased.

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

5. Wrong Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer. If we need to change your order or delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as you can. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot ensure that adjustments can be made after the order has been placed.

If an incorrect address is provided and items are returned to us, customers will be responsible for return fees and any reshipment costs.

6. Lost or Missing packages

Fashoin store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility.
