REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item. But if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Order cancellations

Once an item has been purchased, we may not be able to cancel the order immediately. Once purchased, you have 24 hours to cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Outside of this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

You will not be able to cancel once your order is in “Shipping” status.
